Note: This workshop is intended for postpartum families and their infants (0-6 months). Please contact your medical professional if you have any contraindications. No experience necessary.
If you have older children and need care, we can coordinate that onsite.
BIOS
KHYATI DESAI-SELTZER, VYANA INFANT MASSAGE LLC
Internationally certified infant massage instructor, Khyati Desai-Seltzer, teaches parents how to massage their babies for short- and long-term benefits addressing sleep, gas/colic, immunity, bonding, congestion, growth, and more. She helps bring more calm, bonding, and better health for families, teaching virtually and in-person and believes in the power of baby massage to be transformative. Khyati graduated from LSU with a Bachelors in Sociology and International Studies and from GMU with a MPA in Nonprofit Management. She lives in Arlington, VA with her husband and two daughters and enjoys yoga, meditation, travel, dancing, and exploring new places.
KIM STINGER, KNOTTS OUT MASSAGE
Meet Kim, owner of Knotts Out Massage, is an experienced licensed massage therapist specializing in postpartum care and support. With a background as a doula and licensed massage therapist, Kim is passionate about aiding new mothers on their journey to recovery and self-care. Join us as she shares valuable insight into postpartum wellness.
